Course Overview

The Lymphatic system has many functions such as fighting infection, absorbing excess fluid, and fat absorption. This course will provide an overview of basic anatomy and functioning of the lymphatic system.

After completion of this course, you will:

• Be able to identify the major organs of the lymphatic system
• Understand the basic functions of the lymphatic system
• Be able to identify changes in body function that must be reported to a supervisor
• Identify common disease conditions associated with the lymphatic system
