Molina is committed to strengthening the home care workforce and expanding access to quality care across Texas. As part of this mission, Molina is investing in the future of care by providing free Home Health Aide (HHA) training to 5,000 Texas residents.

This program is designed to give you the knowledge and support to thrive. Join a growing movement to build meaningful careers in care—for yourself, your family, and your community.

This program aligns to the CMS Conditions for Participation (42 CFR § 484.80) to meet the requirements of the Federal HHA training requirements and includes:

• 59 Hours of Online training that can be completed via mobile or computer device at your own pace.
• Mobile-friendly learning modules built by specialized experts including nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists, 911 operators, and EMTs.

Upon completion, you will receive a printable certificate for the online portion of the curriculum. You can bring a printed certificate to a willing home health agency to administer the HHA exam to receive your certification.
