Michigan HHA Program Scholarship Application

Rest Haven is dedicated to home health aide education throughout the community. This program is specifically built for community members that have received an invitation and access code from Rest Haven to participate in the program. If you don't have an access code, you can review other scholarships that may be available here.

This program aligns to the CMS Conditions for Participation (42 CFR § 484.80) to meet the requirements of the Federal HHA training requirements and includes:

59 Hours of online training that can be completed via mobile or computer device at your own pace. Mobile-friendly learning modules built by specialized experts including nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists, 911 operators, and EMTs.

Upon completion, you will receive a printable certificate for the online portion of the curriculum. You can bring a printed certificate to a willing home health agency to administer the HHA exam to receive your certification.

Requirements:

• Must have an access code
